2. SHIPPING PROCESS & ESTIMATED COSTS

  • Orders, once accepted by us, are typically processed within 2-3 business days before being shipped.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and order tracking link via email to monitor delivery progress.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • For orders shipped to the EU, UK, and Switzerland, we use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method. This means that all applicable VAT, duties, and customs fees are included in your purchase price, and you will not be required to pay additional import taxes upon delivery.
  • For Australia & New Zealand - we currently absorb GST, meaning the price you pay at checkout includes these taxes. However, this policy may change in the future, and GST may be charged separately at checkout or upon delivery. If this change occurs, we will clearly communicate it on our website.
  • For Hong Kong Orders shipped within Hong Kong are not subject to import duties or sales tax. The total amount paid at checkout is the final price. Orders shipped to Hong Kong are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We comply with all Hong Kong customs regulations. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance delays.
  • For Japan, Singapore, United States & Canada - we currently absorb sales tax, meaning the price you pay at checkout includes these taxes. However, this policy may change in the future, and sales tax may be charged separately at checkout or upon delivery. If this change occurs, we will clearly communicate it on our website.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by local authorities.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided on your order confirmation via the shipping carrier’s website.

  • If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

  • If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information before contacting us.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

For missing or delayed orders, contact us with your order number.

6. RETURNS DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect the package from the carrier

We can:

  1. Reship the order (additional shipping fees apply).

  2. Issue a refund for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
