- AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND: You may return defective or misrepresented items within 6 months of purchase. If a defect occurs beyond this period, we will assess returns on a case-by-case basis based on reasonable product lifespan.
- HONG KONG, UNITED STATES, CANADA, JAPAN, SINGAPORE: You may return defective or misrepresented items within 14 days of purchase. If a defect occurs beyond this period, we will assess returns on a case-by-case basis based on reasonable product lifespan.
